Priority registration for the 2013/2014 school year will end at 12:00a.m. March 1, 2013. Registration information is in Links column to right. Open registration will begin after that time. Please make sure that you reserve your spot today! We will love to see all of your little ones smiling faces back again next year! Greenfield Elementary has 3 and 4 year old half day Preschool programs. Greenfield uses a play based approach, consistent with the Birmingham Public School Preschool Curriculum to teach developmentally appropriate skills. Areas of development addressed include: physical/cognitive development, language/literacy/communication, interpersonal skills and relationships, creactive arts, dramatic play and construction. Our program is run in a wonderfully large and sun-filled room right off the front of the elementary school. The room is spacious, bright and full of learning potential. Be sure to drive by and take a peek, and visit our special preschool designated playground, as well. If you are interested, please call for a personal tour of our preschool room and the building as well. This year's programs will include the morning three hour sessions, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, Friday for four year-olds, and Tuesday/Thursday for three year-olds. We are also offering a Monday through Friday afternoon program, 12:40 p.m. - 3:40 p.m., for four year-olds.
